This guide supports the creation of concise, accessible fact sheets that translate FSL research and practical insights into actionable, reader-friendly formats. It walks educators and researchers through the design and structure of impactful fact sheets, including tips on layout, visual design, and language clarity. With guidance on integrating graphics, hyperlinks, and references, and prompts for using AI to simplify complex concepts, the guide helps users create 1–3 page documents ideal for broad dissemination. Perfect for sharing findings, best practices, or summaries, fact sheets are a powerful tool for knowledge mobilization in the FSL field.

The final versions of these resources reflect input from a series of focus groups and surveys held in 2023. We would like to thank Daniel Capel Kos A Ebong, Gizelle Alvarez-Janzso, and Jennifer Ealey for their valuable contributions to the fact sheet guide. This project was funded by the Ontario Ministry of Education and Heritage Canada, through the Camerise project.
