This guide supports the creation of engaging, research-informed videos to bridge theory and practice in FSL education. Ideal for educators and researchers, it offers practical tips on scripting, filming, editing, and accessibility to effectively communicate complex ideas through visual storytelling. The guide covers essential elements like subtitles, chapters, video descriptions, and licensing considerations, and includes prompts to spark content inspiration using AI. Whether aiming to share classroom strategies or explain academic findings, this guide helps creators produce impactful, inclusive videos that foster professional dialogue and learning in the FSL community.

The final versions of these resources reflect input from a series of focus groups and surveys held in 2023. We would like to thank Daniel Capel Kos A Ebong, Franck Cedric Moukoko Mboudja, and Nadine De Moras for their valuable contributions to the video guide. This project was funded by the Ontario Ministry of Education and Heritage Canada, through the Camerise project.
