    With so many freely available resources online, choosing OER to adopt, share or adopt can be overwhelming. This checklist created by BC Campus contains some suggestions for educators when choosing resources for use in the classroom or to create OER.

    The virtual tour guide OER creator and adopter through an evaluation system to assess learning objects found within Open Education Resources. An object could include images, applets, lessons, units, assessments and more. For the purpose of this evaluation, any component that can exist as a stand-alone qualifies as an object. The tour highlights rubrics you can use to ass OER you woiuld like to adopt and for sel-evaluation of your OER before publishing it .
